1. Check your email
You’ll receive an email from the auditor informing you that a request has been sent.
2. Click 'Respond on Circit'
This will open the request in your browser and take you directly to the Circit platform, where you can begin reviewing the request details.
3. Click Begin Response in the top-right corner to start.
4. Complete the required fields
Fields highlighted in green must be filled in. You can select the tabs on the left-hand side to quickly navigate through the response.
Note: You can also upload documents to the response if required by attaching files under the Response Documents section on the right hand aside of the screen.
5. Save your progress (optional)
You can save your response at any time after filling in at least one section by clicking Save in the top-right corner.
A verification code will be sent to your email address
This allows you to pause and return later, or forward the request to another team or colleague to complete their section
6. Complete and submit the response
Once all required fields are filled in, click Complete in the top-right corner.
The platform will prompt you to confirm the email address for submission
Click Edit if you need to send the verification code to a different address
A code will be emailed for final verification
7. Verify your email address
When saving progress, the request email can be forwarded to another user. At the Verify your email step, select Edit to enter a different email if someone else needs to complete or sign the request.
8. Submit and create an account (optional)
Upon completing the request, you will have the option to create a Circit account. Registering means that you will no longer need an authentication code for subsequent requests.
Once completed, the information will be sent directly to the Auditor.
